What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused products returned in the same condition as they were supplied to you. There is a restocking fee. Please see full details here

What is your parts warranty?
The warranty on all new and rebuilt parts is the lesser of 12 month or 2,000 hours (whichever comes first). Used parts are guaranteed to be good working functional units. After the parts are installed they are yours and the warranty does not extend beyond confirmation that the part is functioning properly.

Who pays for shipping?
For all parts shipped from the US, the customer pays for both shipping of the part and the core return. For items shipped from Europe, the international freight is generally included in the product price. For more details see our shipping policy page here

How long will it take for you to get my order ready to ship?
We have most items available on the shelf ready to ship. If we receive a call before noon, we can generally ship it the same day. If we need to do disassembly to obtain your part, your sales representative will do their best to estimate the date of shipment.

Do you sell new parts?
We have an ever-growing selection of both new OEM parts as well as new after market parts. The part condition is indicated on the detail page for every part listed on the website.

Are the parts stored indoors or outdoors?
We have 70,000 square feet of warehouse and shop space. Most parts are stored indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Items that are typically stored outside are used wheels, tires, booms, sticks, frames, tracks, cab risers and stairs.
